Yvelines: Two dead in the crash of a passenger plane

The aircraft would have crashed this Sunday in a field in the village of Autouillet, near Thoiry in the Yvelines. Both occupants are deceased.
A new air accident this Sunday. After a civil security helicopter crashed this afternoon in Isère, a tourist plane crashed at the end of the day in the Yvelines. According to information from the Parisian confirmed by BFM Paris, the accident occurred around 7 p.m. in a field in the village of Autouillet near Thoiry.
Still according to the same source, the two occupants of the ULM are deceased, and being identified by the gendarmes. The aircraft, which left a private runway at Autouillet, crashed during takeoff and was found further away in a field.
Twenty firefighters mobilized
According to a source familiar with the matter at the time of departure, the weather was sunny and “there was no particular traffic in the area”.
Twenty firefighters were mobilized to extinguish the fire, which was quickly brought under control. The sub-prefect of Rambouillet, Hélène Géronimi went there. An investigation was opened by the Versailles prosecutor’s office, and was entrusted to the air transport gendarmerie brigade of Toussus-le-Noble, a specialist in this kind of cases.
